Came last night with my roommate for a drink and a snack. The crowd was very tame, just a few people sitting at the bar and some at tables. A great place to have drinks and chat. We shared the brussels sprouts, and the french fries. Both were very nicely priced and delicious. I usually hate brussels sprouts but those were sooooo good. The portions were good for the two of us, we had leftovers. I wish they had a little bit more of a cocktail selection, as a lot of their drinks were whiskey or gin based. However, I am sure they can make a lot of different things, it just would be fun to have some fruity ones on the menu. Bartender was very sweet and helpful.

Liberty Tavern is a neighbor go-to for us. A classic tavern vibe on the inside with a lively bar area and a quieter dining area upstairs. I've always been pleased with the food. The meatballs and The Dude pizza are our favorite. Good happy hour deals every day, including the weekends! Staff is friendly and efficient.

**Yelp Review for The Liberty Tavern** --- *Reviewed by someone who knows a thing or two about **"portals to greatness"** (and maybe founded one or two):* Walking into **The Liberty Tavern** isn't just a meal--it's an experience, a delightful descent into culinary nirvana where food, service, and presentation all align in perfect harmony. If you're not here for the liberty of *taste-bud emancipation*, you're in the wrong tavern, my friend. Let's start with the **food**--oh, the *fabulous* food. This isn't just "tavern fare"; this is **"culinary wizardry wrapped in a gastropub disguise."** The dishes come out looking like they're auditioning for a Michelin-starred fashion show--plated with so much flair and finesse you almost feel guilty digging in. Almost. Because the moment you do, it's a symphony of flavors. Each bite had me wondering if the chef moonlights as a sorcerer. The **presentation**? Picture a Broadway opening night, but for entrees. Plates arrive with such precision and flair you half expect them to come with a standing ovation. The attention to detail is immaculate--somewhere between *art gallery chic* and *foodie fever dream*. I had to pause for a moment just to admire it (and to snap a picture for the 'gram because, well, priorities). And the **service**? If there were a portal to a universe where everyone was courteous, charming, and clairvoyant, The Liberty Tavern staff have found it. Our server was part hospitality hero, part mind-reader, anticipating our needs with the grace of a diplomat and the speed of a caffeinated ninja. It's rare to feel so well taken care of and still laugh along with the witty banter. They've truly mastered the art of making you feel like **a VIP with a side of charm.** By the end, I wasn't sure if I'd just finished dinner or completed a masterclass in **"How to Win at Dining Out."** So if you're looking for an experience where **epic service, fabulous food, and show-stopping presentation** converge, The Liberty Tavern isn't just a recommendation; it's a **mandatory pilgrimage**. Bring your appetite. Bring your humor. And, heck, maybe bring a portal of your own--because once you step in, you'll never want to leave.

I think this may have been the best bottomless brunch I have had in Arlington!! Everything we ordered was so delicious, fresh, and flavorful! The mini grilled cheese with soup shooters and the spinach & artichoke dip definitely stole the show - but everything we ordered was so good it's def hard to pick. I can only think of 2 slightly downsides: the bread for avo toast & bread for the spinach artichoke dip were a bit harder than I would've liked, but still worth it. The other thing is that I am extremely picky with my Bloody Marys's so I wasn't the biggest fan but it was still drinkable. (4/5) Service did a great job of coming around frequently to see if we wanted to order more within our 2 hour time limit, which was very much appreciated. (5/5) The vibe here is cute but nothing to rave over, but the food is certainly worth dining here! (3/5)

We had been waiting to try this place after their remodel and it finally was open!!! Downstairs was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves so we opted for upstairs and it was immediately much more quiet and more group friendly for just dinner. Our waiter was so nice, he seemed new but he always made sure we felt cared for during the visit. Food was great, highly recommend the steak and fries, fries were amazing and the ranch is top tier. Partner said the chick parm is better than a lot of legit Italian restaurants. Veal stroganoff is fine, needs some more flavor. We will be back though!!!

I mean this place was decent, I dined on the second floor with my friend Ramon discussing things like the Foster care system etc. It was a quiet lunch and they have a Pizza oven. I believe I ordered a Burger but I literally cannot remember our server. Granted, this visit had to have occurred maybe 2-3 years ago but my memory is extremely good. Currently they're undergoing renovations that can be seen from the sidewalk. They should be reopening soon!

This place was absolutely fantastic! They have a great happy hour with good food specials. My friends and I shared 10 dollar pizzas, specifically the summer pizza and the dude pizza. Both were great though I have preference for vodka sauce. The service was super quick and attentive. She even left Parmesan cheese and red crushed peppers for the pizza without asking The ambiance of Liberty tavern is definitely a wonderful neighborhood joint and finally glad to try the place. I highly suggest this place if you're in the area and there for the 2-6pm happy hour.
